As part of the goals defined in the ERA Chair Grant Agreement for increasing visibility and involvement of our Institute on the European Research Landscape, we are pleased to announce that Stefan Vajda was nominated as Management Committee (MC) member representing Czech Republic in COST Action CA21101 COSY: “CONFINED MOLECULAR SYSTEMS: FROM A NEW GENERATION OF MATERIALS TO THE STARS" http://www.cost.eu/CA21101, approved in May 2022.
This COST Action aims to provide a computationally and experimentally sound foundation for the fundamental understanding and control of confined molecular systems.
Very good number of other colleagues/groups of our Institute has joined this highly multidisciplinary endeavor as well, with dozens of countries involved and efforts synergistically interconnected/complemented.
