On Wednesday and Thursday, May 13 and 14, 2026, the JHI Student Seminar took place at the Hejnice monastery. Twenty university students, two postdoctoral fellows from Heyrovský Institute and two high school students from Otevřená Věda project of the Czech Academy of Sciences participated in this seminar.
Our third-year bachelor’s student, Petr Vítek delivered an oral presentation titled "Atomically Precise CuPd Pentamer Clusters for Catalytic Dehydrogenation of Cyclohexene“.
His work was recognized as one of the exceptional presentations at the seminar.
This achievement underscores the high level of commitment and potential of early-career researchers at the J. Heyrovský Institute of Physical Chemistry.
